Submit multiple packaging design requests throughout the month, from new product designs and range extensions to artwork updates. We organise the work around your priorities, with the monthly workload, deliverables and turnaround times agreed in advance.

Monthly Design Capacity: Your monthly capacity is tailored to your requirements and confirmed in advance. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

02. Turnarounds & Key Conditions

Indicative Turnaround Times

• New packaging design: typically 5–7 business days (initial proposal)
• Simple adaptations: typically 2–3 business days
• Revision feedback: generally 2–3 business days

Turnaround times depend on project complexity, current workload and the timely supply of all required materials and feedback. Turnarounds begin once complete brief and all necessary assets are received.

• Multiple Requests Throughout Month: You can submit multiple design tasks over the course of the month as your packaging needs arise.

• Single Active Project: Requests are processed successively — one active project at a time for dedicated attention and rigorous technical execution.

• Prioritised Workflow: The priority order between several requests is coordinated directly with the client.

• Scope-Based Revisions: Unlimited revisions apply to creations within the agreed scope. Unlimited revisions are never a promise of unlimited production.

• Non-Cumulative Capacity: Unused monthly capacity does not roll over. Major changes or projects outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

• Advance Monthly Billing: Billed monthly in advance. Design production begins once payment confirmation and required brief materials are received.
