Wondewell — Sterile Laparoscopic Trocar Packaging & Dielines
Engineering sterile barrier dielines, Tyvek® peelable pouch graphics, and surgical theater secondary packaging.
1. Project Context & Medical Need
Wondewell produces bladeless laparoscopic trocars utilized in minimally invasive abdominal surgeries. The instrument requires absolute sterility until the exact moment of insertion in the surgical theater.
2. Technical Execution
We drafted the vector graphics for the breathable Tyvek® 1073B peelable pouch, ensuring chevron seal alignment and standardized ISO 15223-1 sterility indicators (Ethylene Oxide ETO). The secondary carton dieline incorporates protective internal clearances to prevent puncture during transportation.
